- Explain︰Microsoft is devoted to upgrade clients’ technical skills. Except holding the seminars and training classes, they also provide the technical support forum for clients to discuss. To encourage the users to provide their precious opinions, Microsoft elect the ones who are experienced in technical field and often answer the questions correctly in the forum as the MVP (Most Valuable Professional) . To identify these MVPs, Microsoft assigned us to design a retractable chain for access card. We chose the ones in the material of acrylic and polyester, and the chain is made by steel, which is very durable.
